Shiitake Mushrooms, Parsley and Saffron Rice

Ingredients for 1:
Saffron Rice 100gr
Fresh raw Shiitake Mushrooms 150 gr
A handful of Fresh Parsley

Dressing: Salt and Pepper, Extra virgin olive oil.

Funghi Shiitake, prezzemolo e riso allo zafferano

Ingredienti per 1:
Riso allo Zafferano 100gr
Freschi Funghi Shiitake prime 150 gr
Una manciata di prezzemolo fresco

Condimento: sale e pepe, olio extra vergine di oliva
