Blue Cheese, Blueberries and Pomegranate Barley - 56/365
SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:
Barley 200 gr
Blueberries 50 gr
Blue cheese 50 gr
Pomegranate 50 gr
Mint

DRESSING:
A couple of pinch of salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin Olive oil

Orzo con Gorgonzola, mirtilli e melograno


INGREDIENTI PER 2:
Orzo 200 gr
Mirtilli 50 gr
50 gr di Gorgonzola
Melograno 50 gr
Menta

Condimento:
Un paio di pizzichi di sale
Pepe nero
Olio extra vergine di oliva

Ingredients for 1:
Baby Spinach 50 gr
Barley 100 gr
Pan Roasted Chestnut Mushrooms 50 gr
Pan Roasted Curly cabbage 50 gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Black pepper
Balsamic vinegar

Orzo con Verza arrosto, funghi e spinaci

Ingredienti per 1:
50 gr di spinaci novelli freschi
Orzo 100 gr
Funghi arrosto Pan 50 gr
Verza arrosto 50 gr

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Sale e pepe nero
Aceto balsamico

Chestnuts Mushrooms, Red onions and Barley

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:
10/12 Fresh Chestnuts Mushrooms 100 gr
Barley 200 gr (boil it with 3 table spoon of Mustard seeds)
2 Red onions and 1 Leek
a drizzle of Soya Sauce
Cinnamon

PREPARATION:
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped red onions and leek and gently fry for 5-10 minutes.
Add 1 tea spoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoons of soya sauce.

Let them chill a bit before adding it to the rest of the salad.

DRESSING:
A couple of pinch of salt
Black pepper
1 tbs of Truffle Olive oil
Extra virgin Olive oil

Orzo con Funghi Chiodini, cipolle rosse e cannella

INGREDIENTI PER 2:
10/12 Chidini freschi 100 gr
Orzo 200 gr (bollire con 3 cucchiaio di semi di senape)
2 cipolle rosse e 1 porro
un filo di salsa di soia
Cannella

PREPARAZIONE:
Scaldare l'olio in una padella e aggiungere la cipolla tritata e il porro e soffriggere per 5-10 minuti.
Aggiungere 1 cucchiaino di cannella e 1 cucchiaio di salsa di soia.

Lasciateli raffreddare un po' prima di aggiungere al resto dell'insalata.

Condimento:
2 pizzichi di sale
Pepe nero
1 cucchiaio di olio d'oliva al tartufo
Olio extra vergine di oliva

Watercress 100 gr
Pumpkin seeds
Chives

Dressing:

100 gr di formaggio Brie
Crescione 100 gr
Semi di zucca
Erba cipollina

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe

Mint and Lemon Thyme
