Kidney beans, Tomatoes and Avocado

Ingredients for 1:
Kidney Beans 200gr
Tomatoes 100gr
A handful of parsley
A handful of Black Olives
1 Avocado

Dressing:
balsamic vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper.

Fagioli, pomodori e avocado

Ingredienti per 1:
Fagioli borlotti 200gr
Pomodori 100gr
Una manciata di prezzemolo
Una manciata di olive nere
1 avocado

Condimento:
Aceto balsamico, olio extravergine di oliva, sale e pepe.

  4. add sliced mushrooms and i eat this everyday and its great ... just make one big bowl of it and put some in a dish every day at noon.. not only great tasting but healthy too
