Fennel, Tomatoes and Red Peppers Pesto

Ingredients for 1:
Cherry tomatoes 50gr
A handful of Green Olives
2 Small Fennel
Peas Shoots or lamb lettuce
2 spring onions

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
2 tbs of Red Peppers pesto

Finocchi, pomodori e Pesto Rosso di peperoni

Ingredienti per 1:
Pomodorini 50gr
Una manciata di olive verdi
2 Finocchio Piccoli
Foglie di piselli o Songino
2 cipollotti

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extravergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
2 cucchiai di Pesto Rosso di peperoni

  1. Delicious! I'm not a huge fennel fan, but this looks amazing and I would include it anyway....
