Roasted Potatoes, Mushrooms and Rocket

Ingredients for 1:
1 Roasted potato
Roasted Mushrooms 100 gr
curly parsley
Rocket 100gr

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

----------------------
Patate arrosto, funghi e rucola

Ingredienti per 1:
1 patata arrosto
100 gr di funghi arrosto
prezzemolo riccio
rucola 100gr

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico

  1. Hi! Love the idea of this blog. The salads look so good. Your photography is great. Do you eat like this every day? Good for you!!

    Sometimes the English is tough, though. For example, "Rocket" is not the translation you want. Based on the images, I think you want the word "Arugula". And, a couple of days ago, you used "Courgette" but only a few people would know this word; the common term is "Zucchini". I wonder how you are translating?

  2. Thanks a lot. Yes I do eat a new salad everyday and I feel great, very healthy!

    I'm Italian, but I'm sure that the terms I use are right.

    I do live in London and here we say Rocket and Courgettes...
    I will update it with the names you suggested anyway as I want the blog to be complete and accessible for everyone.

  3. Just to give an alternate opinion, I don't see a translation problem here. I think if David is blogging out of London, the use of British English is appropriate, and doesn't alienate readers, given that so many people outside of the states do learn British instead of American English.
