I've never been a massive fan of fruit and veggie juices. I find them too rich, too intense and a bit overwhelming. Especially to drink with something to eat I prefer something lighter. I'm starting here a new series: infused water "salad". Ahahaha! Just kidding, just infused water. I want something to drink with my salad and my breakfast everyday. I want something refreshing, something simple, something light and healthy. It's nothing new, nothing crazy, just the right thing for me to drink along my meal and during the day, in this hot summer.
