Artichoke Hearts, Butter beans and Celery

Ingredients for 1:
A handful of walnuts
A handful of grilled Artichoke hearts in Extra virgin olive oil
1 Celery
100gr of butter beans
a sprinkle of Chives

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Cuori di carciofo, fagioli e sedano

Ingredienti per 1:
Una manciata di noci
Una manciata di cuori di carciofo alla griglia in olio extra vergine di oliva
1 sedano
100gr di fagioli bianchi di Spagna
una spolverata di erba cipollina

Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
