Ingredients serving 1:
Shaved Pecorino Cheese 50gr
Seedless black grapes 50gr
a handful of pine nuts
Mixed baby leaves (chard,red lettuce and Watercress) 50gr

Dressing:
balsamic Vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

Pecorino, uva nera e foglie giovani di insalatina mista

Ingredienti per 1:

Pecorino a scaglie lunghe (fatte col pela patate) 50gr
Uva nera senza semi 50 gr
una manciata di pinoli
Foglie giovani miste (bietola, lattuga rossa e Crescione) 50gr

Condimento:

Aceto balsamico, Olio extravergine di oliva, sale e pepe
