Green beans, Quinoa and Shallots

Green beans, Quinoa and Shallots

Ingredients for 1:
Red and white Quinoa 100gr
1 shallot finely chopped
a handful of green beans steamed for 10/15 min
a handful of baby coriander
a handful of raisins
a handful of pine nuts

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, tamari sauce, Salt and pepper

Fagiolini, Quinoa e Scalogno

Ingredienti per 1:
150gr Quinoa rossa e bianca
1 scalogno tritato finemente
una manciata di fagiolini fatti al vapore per 10/15 min
una manciata di coriandolo bambino
una manciata di uva passa
una manciata di pinoli

Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, salsa di tamari, sale e pepe

    1. I usually boil it as is suggested on the label but this one is actually precooked:

  3. I can't believe I forgot the orange sesame miso from my book! I is so easy!!! 4 peeled oranges, 1/2 cup sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons low sodium miso. Put everything in blender and whiz! Especially good on kale. Massage it in!
