Chickpeas, Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Parmigiano

Ingredients serving 1:
Canned Chickpeas 200gr
100gr of Purple Sprouting Broccoli steamed for 5 minutes
parmigiano cheese (Parmesan) shaved 50 gr
A handful of raisins
1 table spoons of Dried Chives

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Ceci, Broccolini Viola e Parmigiano

Ingredienti per 1:
200gr ceci in scatola
100gr di Broccolini Viola cotti al vapore per 5 minuti
Parmigiano a scaglie 50 gr
Una manciata di uvetta
1 cucchiai di Erba cipollina secca

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
