rocket (arugula) and lamb lettuce 60 gr
Shaved parmigiano cheese (parmesan) 20gr
2 small spring onions
Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, black pepper, 2 tbs of mayonnaise.

una manciata di crostini di pane integrale
rucola e songino 60 gr
parmigiano a scaglie 20gr
2 cipollotti piccoli
Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva, sale, pepe nero, 2 cucchiai di maionese.
