Courgettes, Goat Cheese and Spinach

Zucchini, Goat Cheese and Spinach

Ingredients for 1:
Goat Cheese 100gr
2 spring onions
1 raw Courgette (zucchini)
Baby Spinach 80gr

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Zucchine, formaggio di capra e spinaci

Ingredienti per 1:
Formaggio di capra 100gr
2 cipollotti
1 zucchina cruda
Spinaci novelli crudi 80gr

Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
