Salad: Radicchio, Blood Orange and Beetroot

Radicchio, Blood Orange and Beetroot

Ingredients for 1:
Radicchio 100gr
1 Raw beetroot cut into thin slices
1 Blood Orange
A handful of pumpkin seeds
A handful of cranberries
2 spring onions

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tbs Lemon juice

Radicchio, arancia rossa e barbabietola


Ingredienti per 1:
Radicchio 100gr
1 barbabietola cruda
1 Arancia Rossa
Una manciata di semi di zucca
Una manciata di mirtilli rossi
2 cipollotti

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva
Sale e pepe
2 cucchiai di succo di limone
