Red Pepper, Avocado and Parmigiano Cheese
Ingredients for 1:
Half a raw red Pepper
30gr of shaved parmigiano cheese
rocket 50gr (arugula)
lamb lettuce 30gr
1 avocado
A handful of chives
Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Mezzo Peperone crudo rosso
30gr di parmigiano a scaglie
50gr rucola
Songino 30gr
1 avocado
Una manciata di erba cipollina
Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
