Potatoes, Black Olives and Capers

Ingredients for 1:
1 oven roasted potato with skin (1 hour at 180c)
A handful of Capers
2 spring onions
A handful of Black Olives
Curly Lettuce 50gr

Dressing:
Balsamic Vinegar, Salt and pepper, Extra virgin olive oil.

Patate, olive nere e capperi

Ingredienti per 1:
1 patata al forno con la pelle (1 ora a 180c)
Una manciata di capperi
2 cipollotti
Una manciata di olive nere
Lattuga Riccia 50gr

Condimento:
Aceto balsamico, sale e pepe, olio extra vergine di oliva.
