Grilled Vegs, Shallots and Mixed Leaves

Roasted Veggies, Shallots and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients serving 1:
Rocket and Baby chard 100gr
A handful of pinenuts
1 raw shallot
A handful of Mixed grilled vegs red and yellow Peppers, Aubergines and Artichokes hearts (about  100gr)

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salad, Salt and pepper.

Verdure alla griglia, Scalogno e Erbe Miste

Ingredienti per 1:
Rucola and Baby bietole 100gr
Una manciata di pinoli
1 scalogno crudo
Una manciata di mix di verdure alla griglia: Peperoni rossi e gialli, melanzane e cuori di carciofo  (100gr circa)

Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, insalata, sale e pepe.
