Mushrooms, Parsley and pomegranate

Ingredients for 1:
1 gems lettuce head
a handful of parsley
A handful of Pomegranate
Raw fresh organic Shiitake Mushrooms 150gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin oilve oil, Salt and black pepper.

Funghi, prezzemolo e melograno

Ingredienti per 1:
Lattugina 100gr
una manciata di prezzemolo
Una manciata di melograno
Funghi Shiitake crudi 150gr

Condimento:
Oilve olio extra vergine, sale e pepe nero.
