Brussel Sprouts, Potatoes and Cranberries

Veggie Christmas Salad: Brussel Sprouts, Potatoes and Cranberries

The Vegan Christmas Salad.

Ingredients for 1:
2 small oven roasted potatoes (good recipe here)
Steamed Brussel Sprouts 200gr
Mixed leaves (red and Romain lettuce) 100gr
A handful of dried cranberries

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Cavoletti di Brussel, patate e mirtilli rossi

Ingredienti per 1:
2 piccole patate al forno (ottima ricetta qui)
Cavolini di Bruxelles al vapore 200gr
Le foglie miste (lattuga rossa e romana) 100gr
Una manciata di mirtilli rossi secchi

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
