Yellow Pepper, Feta and Red Onions

Yellow Pepper, Feta Cheese and Olives

Ingredients for 1:
1 Raw small Red Onion
A handful of Black Olives
Feta cheese cubes 100gr
Half a Raw small Yellow Pepper 100gr
baby Spinach 50gr

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Peperone giallo, feta e cipolle rosse

Ingredienti per 1:
1 cipolla rossa piccola Cruda
Una manciata di olive nere
Formaggio feta cubetti 100gr
Mezzo 100gr peperone giallo piccolo crudo
Spinaci Novelli 50gr

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
