Salmon, Caviar and Croutons

Ingredients for 1:
A handful of Croutons
Scottish responsibly sourced Oak Smoked Salmon 120gr.
2 tablespoons of Lumpfish Caviar
Rocket (arugula) 50gr
Chives

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper, 1 squeezed lemon juice.

Salmone, caviale e crostini

Ingredienti per 1:
Una manciata di crostini
Salmone scozzese (di provenienza responsabile) affumicato alla quercia 120gr
2 cucchiai di caviale lompo
Rucola 50gr
Erba cipollina

Condimento: olio extra vergine di oliva, sale e pepe, il succo di 1 limone.
