Red Pepper, Carrots and Parsley Couscous

Ingredients for 1:
Half a small raw Red pepper
1 grated raw carrot
A handful of fresh parsley
Couscous 100gr
A handful of Pine nuts
A handful of Raisins

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Cuscus con Peperone rosso, carote e prezzemolo

Ingredienti per 1:
Mezzo peperone rosso piccolo crudo
1 carota grattugiata cruda
Una manciata di prezzemolo fresco
Couscous 100gr
Una manciata di Pinoli
Una manciata di uva passa

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
