Rainbow Carrots, Sweet Potato and Baby Watercress

Ingredients for 1:
Half a oven roasted sweet potato 100gr
1 Purple carrot
1 White carrot
A handful of pine nuts
Baby Watercress 50gr

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Carote Arcobaleno, patate dolci e baby crescione

Ingredienti per 1:
Mezza patata dolce al forno 100gr (oppure usare la zucca)
1 carota viola
1 carota bianca
Una manciata di pinoli
Baby Crescione 50gr

Dressing: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
