Pumpkin, Tofu and Mint

Pumpkin, Tofu and Mint

Ingredients for 1:
Baby Spinach 30gr
Radicchio Lettuce 50gr
100g of Pumpkin cubes oven roasted for 30 minutes at 180c
Toasted sesame seeds
A handful of mint
Smoked Tofu 100gr

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Zucca, tofu e menta

Ingredienti per 1:
Spinaci Novelli 30gr
Radicchio 50gr
100 gr di cubetti di zucca al forno per 30 minuti a 180C
Semi di sesamo tostati
Una manciata di menta
Tofu affumicato 100gr

Dressing: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
