Mushrooms, Broccoli and Pomegranade Couscous

Ingredients for 1:
Roasted Mushrooms 100gr
Roasted Broccoli 100gr
A handful of Pomegranate
Couscous 100gr

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Couscous con Funghi, broccoli e melograno

Ingredienti per 1:
Funghi arrostiti in padella 100gr
Broccoli rosolati in padella 100gr
Una manciata di Semi di melograno
Couscous 100gr
erba cipollina

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
