Goat Cheese, Mushrooms and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients for 1:
Fresh Brown Mushrooms (chestnut) 100gr
Goat Cheese 100gr
Curly and Lamb Lettuce 100gr
A handful of fresh Parsley

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Formaggio di capra, funghi e insalata mista

Ingredienti per 1:
Funghi chiodini freschi 100gr
Formaggio di capra 100gr (oppure Brie)
Lattuga Riccia e Songino 100gr
Una manciata di prezzemolo fresco.

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
