Blue Cheese, Broccoli and Lentils

Ingredients for 1:
A quarter of a raw Broccoli
Black Lentils 100gr
A handful of Pine nuts
A handful of Pomegranate
Blue Cheese Stilton 100gr

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Formaggio blu, Broccoli e Lenticchie

Ingredienti per 1:
Un quarto di broccolo crudo
Lenticchie nere 100gr
Una manciata di Pinoli
Una manciata di melagrana
Formaggio Blu Stilton 100gr (oppure Gorgonzola stagionato - non cremoso)

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
