Smoked Mackerel, Kale and New Potatoes

Mackerel, Kale and New Potatoes

Ingredients for 1:
Smoked Mackerel 100gr
A handful of Dried cranberries
2 spring onions
Kale 50gr steamed for 5-10 minutes
300gr of new potatoes oven roasted for 30min at 210˚c

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper, Smoked Chilli.

Sgombro affumicato, Cavolo riccio e patate novelle

Ingredienti per 1:
Sgombro affumicato 50gr
Una manciata di mirtilli rossi secchi
2 cipollotti
100gr Cavolo riccio cotto a vapore per 5-10 minuti
300gr di Patate novelle arrostite al forno per 30 min a 210˚c

Condimento: olio extra vergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe, peperoncino affumicato.
