Grapes, Goat Cheese and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients for 1:
Goat Cheese 50gr
Red grapes 100gr
Mixed leaves (Watercress, lamb lettuce and Curly lettuce)
Baby Amaranth (decorative)

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper

-------------------------
Uva, formaggio di capra e foglie miste

Ingredienti per 1:
50 gr di formaggio di capra
Uva rossa 100gr
Foglie misti (crescione, songino e lattuga riccia)
Germogli di Amaranto (decorazione)

Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe

  1. This looks wonderful! I always make salad and make sure that everything is fresh and most of the time the vegetable that I used are coming from my garden.
