Goat cheese, Tomatoes and Red Cabbage

Ingredients for 1:
A quarter of a raw red cabbage (around 200gr)
Goat Cheese 100gr
Chives
Cherry tomatoes 100gr
A handful of pinenuts

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Formaggio di capra, pomodorini e cavolo rosso

Ingredienti per 1:
Un quarto di cavolo crudo rosso (circa 200gr)
Formaggio di capra 100gr
erba cipollina
100gr di pomodorini
Una manciata di pinoli

Dressing: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
