Fennel, Gorgonzola and Pistachios

Ingredients for 1:
1 Fennel
Gorgonzola Cheese (or blue cheese) 50gr
Gems lettuce 100gr
A handful of roasted Pistachios

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper.

Finocchio, gorgonzola e pistacchi

Ingredienti per 1:
1 finocchio
Formaggio Gorgonzola (o formaggio blu) 50gr
Gemme lattuga 100gr
Una manciata di pistacchi tostati

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe.
