Carrots, Peas and Blue Cheese

Ingredients for 1:
2 Shaved Carrots
Blue cheese Stilton 100gr
Peas 100gr
A handful of dried cranberries
A handful of pinenuts

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper

Carote, piselli e gorgonzola

Ingredienti per 1:
2 carote tagliate col pelapatate
100gr di Gorgonzola (o Stilton)
Piselli 100gr
Una manciata di mirtilli secchi
Una manciata di pinoli

Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe
