Butternut Squash, Parmigiano Cheese and Almonds

Butternut Squash, Parmigiano Cheese and Almonds

Ingredients for 1:
Butternut Squash cut into cubes and fried in a pan till golden and soft 100gr
Shaved Parmigiano Cheese 50gr
A handful of Almonds
Watercress 50gr
2 spring onions
basil.

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper, grated Nutmeg.

Zucca, Parmigiano e mandorle

Ingredienti per 1:
Zucca tagliata a dadini e fritta in una padella per circa 20min finche morbida e dorata 100gr
Scaglie di Formaggio Parmigiano 50gr
Una manciata di mandorle
crescione 50gr
2 cipollotti
basilico.

Condimento: olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe, noce moscata grattugiata.
