Asparagus, Courgettes and Red Pepper
Ingredients for 1:
5 young Asparagus steamed for 10 min
2 Courgettes (zucchini) steamed for 10 min
Edamame beans 30gr steamed for 10 min
3 Runner Beans (or green beans) steamed for 10 min and chopped
A quarter of a Red Romano Pepper cut into strips
Rocket (arugula) 30gr
2 Spring onions
Dressing:
Soya tamari sauce, Salt, Extra virgin olive oil.

Asparagi, zucchine e peperone rosso
Ingredienti per 1:
5 asparagi giovani fatti al vapore per 10 minuti
2 zucchine fatte al vapore per 10 minuti
Fagioli Edamame (soya) 30gr fatti al vapore per 10 minuti
3 Cornetti (o fagiolini) fatti al vapore per 10 minuti
Un quarto di Peperone Rosso Romano tagliato a listarelle
Rucola 30gr
2 Cipollotti fagliati fini
Condimento:
Tamari salsa di soia, sale, olio extra vergine di oliva.
