Red Peppers, Cucumber and Kidney Beans

Ingredients for 1:
Half a Red Romano Pepper
A quarter of a Cucumber
Kidney Beans 100gr
1 Gems lettuce head
Toasted sesame seeds
Baby Erbs as decoration

Dressing:
balsamic vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper.

Peperone rosso, cetriolo e Fagioli

Ingredienti per 1:
Mezzo Peperone rosso Romano
Un quarto di cetriolo
Fagioli borlotti 100gr
1 testa di lattugina 100gr
Semi di sesamo tostati
Erbette novelle come decorazione

Condimento:
aceto balsamico, olio extravergine di oliva, sale e pepe.
