Red Pepper, Tomatoes and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients of 1:
Half a raw Red Pepper
Basil
Cottage Cheese 100gr
Watercress 50gr
A handful of Black Olives
Yellow tomatoes
2 Spring onions

Dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, chilli flakes, Salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar

Mezzo crudo Rosso Peperone
basilico
crescione 50gr
Una manciata di olive nere
pomodori gialli
2 Cipollotti
Jocca 100gr

Condimento: Olio extravergine di oliva, fiocchi di peperoncino, sale e pepe, aceto balsamico
