Red Onions, Beetroots and Pinenuts

Red Onions, Beetroots and Pinenuts

Ingredients for 1:
1 pan roasted beetroot
2 pan roasted red onions
A handful of pinenuts pan roasted
1 gems lettuce head

Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper

Preparation: Heat the oil in a pan, chop the red onion and the beetroot in slices and add them in to the pan. Fry for 15/20 minutes till tender and golden. the last 5 minutes add the pinenuts.

Cipolle rosse, Barbabietola e Pinoli

Ingredienti per 1:
1 barbabietola
2 cipolle rosse
Una manciata di pinoli
1 testa di lattugina

Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe

Preparazione: Scaldare l'olio in una padella, tagliare la cipolla rossa e la barbabietola a fettine e aggiungeteli al tegame. Friggere per circa 15/20 minuti finche' teneri e dorati. Gli ultimi 5 minuti aggiungete i pinoli.
