Mushrooms, Cannellini Beans and Truffle Cream

Ingredients for 1:
A handful of walnuts
Chestnut Mushrooms or Brown Mushrooms (100gr)
Cannellini beans 100gr
Watercress 50gr

Dressing:
3 TBS of Truffle Cream, balsamic vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper.

Funghi, fagioli cannellini e Crema di tartufi

Ingredienti per 1:
Una manciata di noci
Funghi e castagne Funghi Brown (100gr)
100gr fagioli cannellini
Crescione 50gr

Condimento:
3 cucchiai di crema di tartufo, aceto balsamico, olio extravergine di oliva, sale e pepe.
