Kidney Beans, Pecorino cheese and Buck

Ingredients for 1:
Buckwheat 100gr (prepared as indicated on the label)
A handful of Pistachios
Kidney Beans 200gr
Chives
Shaved Pecorino Cheese 50gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper.

Ingredienti per 1:
100gr di grano saraceno (preparato come indicato in etichetta)
Una manciata di pistacchi
Fagioli borlotti 200gr
Erba cipollina
Pecorino a scaglie 50gr

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva, sale e pepe.
