Scamorza, Potatoes and Red Peppers Pesto

Ingredients for 1:
Oven roasted new Potatoes 100gr
Mixed leaves (Baby red leaves, rocket/arugula and watercress)
Scamorza cheese 100gr (it's an Italian smoked cheese)

Dressing:
2 tbs of Red pepper Pesto
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper

Ingredienti per 1:
Patate novelle al Forno 100gr
Insalata mista (Insalata rossa, rucola e crescione)
Scamorza 100gr

Condimento:
2 cucchiai di Pesto di peperoni rossi
Olio extravergine di oliva
Aceto Balsamico
Sale e pepe
