Pears, Walnuts and Stilton


Ingredients for 1:
Stilton blue cheese 50 gr
1 Sweet Pear
A handful of walnuts
2 Chicory heads

Dressing:
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Pere, noci e Stilton

Ingredienti per 1:
Formaggio blu stagionato Stilton (o Gorgonzola stagionato) 50 gr
1 pera dolce
Una manciata di noci
2 teste di indivia

Condimento:
Sale e pepe
Olio extravergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico

  1. Absolutely gorgeous! Looks divine and so tasty! I wish I could just grab a fork and dig in. I envy you for having had the pleasure of eating this after taking the photos... must've been hard to resist eating it during the shoot!

    put the salad together, take the picture and finally... eat.
