Lentils, Red Onions and Broccoli

Ingredients for 1:
2 red onions
2 Courgettes
Half a Broccoli
All roasted in the oven for 30 min at 210˚c
Lentils boiled 100gr
Toasted sesame seeds

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Ingredienti per 1:
2 cipolle rosse
2 zucchine
Mezzo Broccolo
Tutti arrostito in forno per 30 minuti a 210 ˚ C

Lenticchie 100gr
Semi di sesamo tostati

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva
Aceto Balsamico
Sale e pepe
