Ingredient for 1:
A handful of Black Olives
6/7 Artichoke hearts in extra virgin olive oil
1 beetroot julienne
Cherry tomatoes 50gr
lamb lettuce 30gr
Baby chard 30gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Pomodori, cuori di carciofo e bietola novella

Ingredienti per 1:
Una manciata di olive nere
6 / 7 cuori di carciofi in olio extra vergine di oliva
1 julienne di barbabietola
Pomodorini 50gr
Songino 30gr
Bietola novella 30gr

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
