Sweet Potato, Lentils and Mixed Leaves

Sweet Potatoe, Lentilts and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients for 1:
Half of a roasted sweet potato
A handful of Pistachios
Black lentils 100gr
Mixed leaves (Baby chard and lamb lettuce)
2 small Spring onions

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

--------------------
Fagiolini, Broccoli e Bulgur

Ingredienti per 1:
La metà di una patata dolce arrostita
Una manciata di pistacchi tostati
Lenticchie nere 100gr
Le foglie miste (Bietole giovani e Songino)
2 cipollotti piccoli

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
