Spelt, Mushrooms and Green Beans

Spelt, Mushrooms and Spring beans

Ingredients for 1:
Raw Chestnut Mushrooms 100gr
A lot of Basil
Spelt 100gr
Steamed Green beans 50gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

--------------------
Farro, funghi e fagiolini

Ingredienti per 1:
Funghi champignon crudi 100gr
Un sacco di Basilico
Farro 100gr
Fagiolini al vapore 50gr

Condimento:
Olio extravergine di oliva
aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
