Roasted Veggies, Mushrooms and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients for 1:
Roasted Little Onions
Roasted Mushrooms
Roasted Artichoke Hearts
Roasted Red Pepper
A lot of fresh basil
Mixed leaves (Lamb lettuce, Radicchio and riccia)

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Verdure arrosto, funghi e insalata mista

Ingredienti per 1:
Cipolline arrosto
Funghi arrosto
Cuori di carciofo arrosto
Peperone romano rosso arrosto
Un sacco di basilico fresco
Insalata mista (Songino, Radicchio e riccia)

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
