Ricotta cheese, Tomatoes and Rocket

Ingredients for 1:
Fresh Ricotta Cheese 100gr
Cherry tomatoes 100gr
Plenty of Basil
Rocket (Arugula) 50gr
2 tablespoons of toasted Sesame seeds

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Ricotta, pomodoro e basilico

Ingredienti per 1:
Ricotta fresca 100gr
100gr di pomodori ciliegia
Basilico in abbondanza
Rucola 50gr
2 cucchiai di semi di sesamo tostati

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
