Mushrooms, Soyan Beans and Mint

Ingredients for 1:
Pan roasted Chestnut Mushrooms 100gr
Soya Beans 100gr
Mixed leaves (chard, Watercress and arugula/rocket) 100gr
Plenty of Mint

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Funghi arrosto, fagioli di soia e menta

Ingredienti per 1:
funghi arrostiti in padella 100gr
Fagioli di soia 100gr
Insalata mista (bietole, crescione e rucola) 100gr
Menta in abbondanza

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
