Butter Beans, Artichokes and Mixed Leaves

Ingredients for 1:
Artichoke hearts in extra virgin olive oil 50gr
Butter Beans 100gr
Mixed leaves (Chard, Watercress and arugula/rocket) 100gr
Sunflower seeds

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Smoked Paprika

Fagioli, carciofi e insalata mista

Ingredienti per 1:
50gr di Cuori di carciofo extra vergine di oliva
Fagioli bianchi di spagna 100gr
Insalata mista (foglie di bietole, crescione e rucola) 100gr
Semi di girasole

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
Paprika affumicata
