Asparagus and Courgettes Saffron Rice

Ingredients for 1:
3-4 Asparagus tips cooked in the oven for 30minutes at 210 degrees C
2 Zucchini (Courgettes) cooked in the oven for 30minutes at 210 degrees C
Brown rice with Saffron (cook it as suggested the label. Add the saffron powder 10 before completely cooked and stir 'till completely absorbed)

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Riso allo Zafferano con Asparagi e Zucchine

Ingredienti per 1:
3-4 punte di asparagi cotti al forno per 30 minuti a 210 gradi C
2 zucchine (zucchine) cotte al forno per 30 minuti a 210 gradi C
Il riso integrale con Zafferano (cuocerlo come suggerito in etichetta. Aggiungere la polvere di zafferano 10 prima completamente cotti e mescolare 'fino a completo assorbimento)

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Sale e pepe
