Prawns, Asparagus and Spinach

Ingrediens for 1:
Prawns (boiled and peeled) 100gr
Steamed Asparagus tips 50gr
handful of pine nuts
Chives
Baby Spinach 50gr

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Gamberetti, asparagi e spinaci

Ingredienti per 1:
Gambetti (bolliti e sgusciati) 100 gr
Punte di asparagi al vapore 50gr
Una manciata di pinoli
Erba cipollina
50gr di spinaci novelli

Condimento:
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Aceto balsamico
Sale e pepe
